Town of Aberdeen: will have a “Fun Family Fourth of July” sponsored by Aberdeen Parks and Rec. and will be held at the Aberdeen Lake Park.

There will be games, face painting and an array of activities for everyone. Citizens are encouraged to dress in patriotic colors,  as there will be a costume contest. Categories will be: Most Patriotic, Best Costume, and Most Original Costume.

Bring your  blankets and lawn chairs and spend the evening having a great time. Games and activities start at 5: 30 and live music will start at 6:oo pm.  The evening will conclude with a beautiful display of live fireworks beginning at 9:15.

Vendors will be on hand selling some of your favorite fourth of  July foods. Aberdeen, North Carolina will be a great place to be on the 4th of  July!
